D1 is used to prevent damage to JE555, D2, C1, R1, R2, w1, and 1C1 to form a pulse generator with adjustable pulse width. Adjusting potentiometer W1 can change the pulse frequency and pulse width output by U1 NE555. The output pulse passes through R3 , R4, R5, Q1, Q2 drive to adjust the speed of the motor. D3 and C5 eliminate the counter electromotive force generated by the motor to protect the triode. C2 and C4 are used for power filtering and C3 is a stable reference voltage to eliminate interference.
